Having never visited a NHS dentist as I had always served in the military, it was a refreshing change to conduct a visit outside of the Army. Alice and her assistant Tammy were very professional and engaging and I felt at ease throughout my whole appointment. Very happy that I have been accepted at an extremely nice practice.

I’ve had 2 appointments so far with Alice and her assistant Timia. Both were absolutely lovely, very easy to get on with and really informative. My second appointment was for a filling and the whole process was very quick and easy and they made sure I was ok during the whole thing. I’ve never been afraid of dentists but if I was, these two ladies would have definitely put my mind at ease. Couldn’t ask for better dentists :)

Absolutely over-the-moon with my dental treatment at the Walden Dental Clinic. So much so that, following my relocation after retirement (250 miles away) I decided to continue under the same practice. Dr Suren Fernando (and his team) have been simply amazing - his patience and attention to detail is unsurpassed in my lifetime experience of dentistry. After completing the 'simpler' procedures (re-doing fillings and a few crowns) the final step was the one which caused me the most angst. I'd been missing a tooth for more than 10 years - meaning I'd often avoid photos, preferring to be the one taking them instead. Suren discussed the idea of an implant with me, explaining the process in detail, together with a payment plan; and a sensible timeframe. Given the distance involved due to my relocation, I thought this would present a problem - but no! Suren helped me manage the whole thing, requiring about 5 stages in total, over approximately a year. The other staff members were fantastic with coordinating my appointments, occasionally having to be changed due to me altering travel schedules. The whole experience has been nothing short of incredible, zero pain, amazing colour match and 100% delighted with the outcome. I'm now happy to have a close up photo and not scared of the lens at all 📸😊Before and after photos.

I am pleased with my recent dental work carried out by Pramit Patel and his team which is nearing completion.I was fully informed of the plan of treatment and was treated with respect by those who attended me.The process was longer than i anticipated but I am very pleased with the finished result.

I cannot recommend this dentist highly enough. Mital is always friendly and offers a welcoming and non judgmental service. He has also helped 3 of my family members who have a phobia of the dentist due to his warm manner and patience.

Rahim and team were absolutely fantastic with my granddaughter today. She had a double extraction in preparation for orthodontic treatment. Rahim communicated details of the procedure to her with compassion and reassurance. The extraction itself was uneventful with no pain and expertly done. I would highly recommend this dentist. The dental nurse was equally brilliant, assisting in a calm and reassuring manner and providing us with all the after care procedure. Great team!

I have been to have a tooth removed today with Dr Frederick Fernando . What a brilliant job he is doing . Yet again made me feel at ease . As I was abit nervous having a tooth removed but didn’t need to be .Was making sure I was ok during procedure , very professional, talked me through what was going on , very patient,caring and the best dentist person I have ever had .Highly recommended.

Dr Fernando did a fantastic job repairing three of my front teeth after a recent accident. He fitted me in to his busy calendar quickly, was efficient and courteous and put me at my ease on the day. After two hours in the chair the results were as good as new - everyone has since remarked they can't see any evidence of the repair! So thank you, Dr Fernando! You are highly recommended :)

I tried for a long time time to make peace with my gappy and uneven smile but never really managed it. After a recent change in my life I asked Suren what my options were with regard to straightening my teeth and closing some of the gaps. He outlined the options and we embarked on a course of treatment including whitening and bonding. I am SO PLEASED with the result, it has lifted my confidence and contributed to a "new me".Suren is always polite, patient and knowledgeable. He and his nurses provide a great service. I attended the clinic after not visiting a dentist for a very very long time due to bad experiences in the past… I chose The Walden dental clinic as I could book my appointment online, choosing which dentist I would like an appointment with, without having to talk to anyone and potentially getting upset to begin with … I had an appointment within 2 days and once I arrived and met the dentist Frederick I knew I had chosen the right place … I was not rushed and was given time to explain my fears and concerns , I was listened to and spoken to with care and understanding. Once the treatment needed was explained it was obvious that I would need sedation to cope with it, I was given the chance to go home have a think and a couple of days later we spoke and booked the appointment… I was of course apprehensive as I needed a lot of work, however I needn’t have worried .. again Frederick put me completely at ease and the sedation made the whole process completely pain free, which was fantastic as I had chosen to have all the work done in one session. I was helped to the car afterwards, as you need someone to pick you up, and received a phone call the next day to check how I was.Overall from the Reception team to the information and care given by Frederick and his dental nurse on the day, if you are a nervous patient or simply looking for a dentist I most definitely recommend The Saffron Dental Clinic.

Very caring and empathetic staff who genuinely care about their patients welfare. As a nervous patient I was made to feel very comfortable and everything was explained throughly so I had no worries. I also expressed an interest in straightening my teeth and the dentist discussing the treatment options with me, explaining exactly what each one would achieve in relation to my ultimate goal. I am very pleased with the service they have provided and am looking forward to having beautiful straight teeth. I would highly recommend them.
