To our wonderful patients,
I sincerely hope at this unprecedented time that you and your families are healthy and safe.
On the 27th March 2020, with a heavy heart we have temporary closed the practice due to the current Coronavirus pandemic. It is our social responsibility as a business owner and duty of care as a health care provider to ensure we do our bit to help reduce any transmission of the virus. Covid-19 has truly rocked our world and no country/government was prepared for such an event. The leading governing bodies have now advised against ANY clinical contact and only offer Advice, Analgesia (pain relief) and Antibiotics (if needed).
The reasoning for this is to primarily reduce transmission and also reduce use of important personal protective equipment (PPE) that is required by our hospitals at this crucial time.
The NHS are setting up Urgent Dental Care Centres which will have the appropriate safety measures in place and when these have been set up we will put the information in this page and across the relevant parts of our website.
Please be reassured that will always be available to our patients for any support or advice. We will have a clinician at the practice Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm to offer advice over the phone to our patients. Please call 01799523194 for urgent advice. If you need advice after hours or during the weekend please call 111. We will review things regularly and keep you all informed along the way.
For concerned patients mid-treatment, e.g. Invisalign, please contact our team preferably via email and we will offer personalised advice.
